Tracking & Other Important Information

You will receive a tracking code via email to track your order online at any time. Your order will be delivered to your home, but if you don’t receive it and the tracking code shows ‘delivered,’ please check your nearest post office. If there is an issue with the size and you received the wrong size, please contact us via our customer support email at support@essentialshoodiecart.de.
